许成安，男，1963年4月出生。教授，硕士研究生导师。
南京审计学院期刊社社长，《审计与经济研究》、《南京审计大学学报》和《中国审计评论》执行主编。
江苏省高校学报研究会副秘书长、江苏省高校文科学报研究会秘书长、江苏省经济系列高级职称评审专家、江苏省新闻出版广电局局报刊审读专家。
获南京审计大学“校长奖教金”奖、江苏期刊明珠奖之“优秀主编奖”、江苏省首届新闻出版政府奖之“优秀新闻出版人物奖”、全国高校社科期刊优秀主编奖等。
主要从事《微观经济学》、《宏观经济学》等课程教学。曾获安徽省委党校优秀教学比赛一等奖、安徽省全省党校系统优秀教学比赛一等奖、南京审计学院优秀教学质量奖等。
在《经济学动态》、《学术月刊》、《经济学家》、《经济评论》、《中国经济问题》、《经济理论与经济管理》、《财政研究》、《财经问题研究》、《经济体制改革》、《农业经济问题》、《财经科学》、《当代经济研究》、《江汉论坛》、《经济问题》等数十家刊物上发表论文数十篇。论文多次被中国人民大学报刊复印资料全文转载，研究成果曾被 “中央人民政府网”、“人民网”、“新浪网”、“金融界网”、《光明日报》、《改革内参》等收录或摘编。提出的部分观点曾在《中国经济问题》、《江汉论坛》等引起学术界讨论。

Obtained the “Teaching Award”of Nanjing Audit University, “Outstanding Editor-in-chief”of Jiang Pearl Award, “Excellent News Publisher Award”in the first News Publication Government Award of Jiangsu, “Outstanding Editor-in-chief Award”of the National University Journals of Social Sciences.
