栾富舒，女，1990年生，山东省烟台市人，经济学博士，江苏省双创博士。主要从事创新经济学、区域经济学、国际商务等领域的研究，已在Journal of Monetary Economics, Journal of Banking & Finance, Cambridge Journal of Regions, Economy and Society, Journal of Environmental Management, Information Technology & People等国际权威学术期刊发表论文十余篇。

2010-2013年，英国东安格利亚大学（University of East Anglia）经济学院商务金融与经济专业，荣誉学士；
2013-2014年，英国华威大学（University of Warwick）经济学院国际金融经济专业，硕士；
2015-2019年，英国利物浦大学（University of Liverpool）管理学院经济专业，博士。
